Music in a gym

Postby Bruceyb » Mon Jul 27, 2009 3:38 pm

Yo.
I like to work out, whether it is body building or cardiovascular, to music that drives me/inspires me to work and train harder. Has anyone at BodyRush got any preferences as to what music they would like at the gym(or any gym for that matter)? I do. Does this board enable a poll to be started? Lorraine? I will post later what types of music and what actual songs I would like to come across at the gym. Contrarywise, some music drives me to distraction!
Toodle pip.

I usually take my own walkman as the music isn't to my taste. I'll listen to AC/DC, Metallica and Ozzy Osbourne mostly.

Although you wouldn't think it to look at me.
